Right to cancel:

In accordance with Belgian law on business practices, the consumer is entitled to notify the seller that it cancels its purchase, without having to pay any penalties or state the reason for said cancellation, within 7 business days from the day following the product’s delivery or the day after the parties entered into the service contract. In the case of products that have been downloaded, purchases of musical titles and albums are firm and final. The consumer is not entitled to cancel these purchases.

If purchased products are returned: the merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, together will all of its accessories, if any, as well as a copy of the invoice, to: Fonda-Mental S.A. - 13 avenue Lambeau - 1200 Brussels.

In this case, Fonda-Mental covenants to reimburse the payment made, within 30 days after acceptance to take back the merchandise, with the exception of dispatch expenses. Fonda-Mental shall not take back the following: CDs or DVDs whose seal has been opened by the customer, or merchandise that is incomplete, or that has been damaged or dirtied by the customer.
